What We Collect - **Account information:** name, email address, password (encrypted). - **Content you provide:** images of your artwork, brand and pricing information, and any text you enter into the app to generate outputs. - **Payment information:** processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details ourselves. - **Usage data:** basic technical data such as login times, may be collected for security and troubleshooting purposes. - **Functional Cookies:** We use a small number of functional cookies to operate the Service correctly, including a cookie that tracks anonymous visit counts to display relevant prompts. We never use cookies for third-party tracking/advertising. ## 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating your AI-assisted content, managing your subscription and billing through Stripe, communicating with you about your account, and maintaining the security of the Service. ## 2a. Email Marketing When you sign up for Art To Sales, you may be added to our email list. We use your email address to send you product updates, promotional offers, and brand communications from Ange Danie Vant and Art To Sales. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. ## 3. Sharing of Information We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party involved in processing your information is Stripe, Inc., for payment processing. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, not this one. To generate your requested content, your uploaded artwork and text are processed by our AI infrastructure provider (Anthropic). This processing is solely to generate your output in the moment. We do not otherwise share your uploaded artwork, brand content, or generated outputs with any third party, and we do not permit your content to be used to train third-party AI models. ## 4. Data Security We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including: - Data stored in a secured database with role-level access controls - Admin access restricted to a single authorized account, protected by two-factor authentication - Ongoing security review beyond standard baseline practices for applications of this size No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. ## 4a. Data Breach Notification We maintain security practices that go beyond standard industry baseline, including role-level database access controls and two-factor authentication on all administrative access. In the unlikely event that legally requires notification under applicable law, including Arizona's data breach notification statute (A.R.S. § 18-545), we will notify affected users as required. ## 4b. California and EU Residents If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. These requests are provided free of charge. Contact us at hello@angedanievant.com to make such a request, or use the account deletion feature within the app for immediate self-service deletion. ## 5. Data Retention - **Active accounts:** your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. - **Deleted individual items (art drops and outputs):** retained for 60 days after deletion to allow recovery of accidental deletions, then permanently removed. - **Deleted accounts:** if you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and retained in a secured, inaccessible state for 30 days to allow recovery of accidental deletions, after which it is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. During the retention window described above, a deleted account's email address remains reserved and cannot be used to create a new account until the retention period ends. ## 6. Your Rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@angedanievant.com, or by using the account deletion feature within the app. ## 7. Children's Privacy The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. ## 8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. ## 9. Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, or that impersonates a real person without their consent. 2. Upload artwork or content that you do not own or do not have the right to use. 3. Use AI-generated output from this Service to make automated decisions in regulated contexts (such as employment, credit, or healthcare decisions) without appropriate human review. 4. Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompts, system instructions, or architecture of the Service. 5. Use the Service to generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or facilitates illegal activity, in any form. 6. Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created where such disclosure is legally or contractually required by a third-party platform you publish to (for example, certain marketplaces or social platforms with their own AI-disclosure requirements). 7. Use, reproduce, or claim ownership of "Art to Sales," the Art to Sales logo, "Define Your World," "Open New Doors," "Invite Them In," "Price With Confidence," "Cult-Collectors™," "Rainbow Reframe™," or other brand names, section names, logos, and terminology associated with the Service, outside of your ordinary use of the Service to build your own business, without our written permission. 8. Attempt to copy, imitate, or build a competing product using the Service's distinctive branding, section names, or visual identity.
